Pensacola Suites Hotel

I booked a room here on Dec 10th 2025 and upon arriving to my room I found there to be a dead bug on my bed and mold in the bathroom wall with the wallpaper lifted.I immediately took my stuff and informed the front desk that I did not feel comfortable staying here.The manager on duty said there was nothing she could do and insisted to argue with me that the picture I showed her was not mold! I left the hotel and stayed somewhere that was cleaner and returned 2 times to the hotel to speak to the general manager and was told she wasn't available.Its now the 30th of Dec and i still have not revived my refund or even a call back..This hotel is NASTY and the customer service is NASTIER!!

Late check in after 11p flight and served the purpose. Hotel is old and showing its age and will be renovated to a Staybridge. The rooms are spacious which is a plus, but the hotel is old and you notice the worn carpet headed to your room. Once inside everything including TV 📺 is out dated and sofa was stained! No issues with customer service hotel is just old and overpriced. I am giving a 3 rating as they are about to begin renovation but until then pricing should not be comparable to neighboring hotels. Exterior. Is in much better shape than the room(s).

We had a great stay for one night. Karena checked us in and she was amazing and so nice. It will be nice when they get the remolding done. We will be back.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in we've been here for 3 days no stay over service whatsoever there was hair on the bed there was hair in the shower there was broken parts in the room I had to fix the toilet so it would even flush the entire first floor smells like marijuana The beds were hard and uncomfortable and most of the amenities in the room was missing My advice do not stay at this hotel

All I can say is YIKES. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
