Pensacola Suites Hotel

The reason for 3 stars is because when I got into the room there were draws and cabinet doors open like somebody was just in there looking for something aggressively. One of the draws was OUT on the floor, and cabinet shelf half out the cabinet. Otherwise the room was very clean, smelled nice, was in a nice location.

We had the best experience from start to finish. Check in was great with employee Carina. She was so friendly, welcoming, and quickly had us checked in. She answered all of our questions. Anita was another front desk employee that made our stay enjoyable. Both ladies very knowledgeable. The room was fantastic. So clean and comfortable. Very convenient with a full size fridge and small kitchen. Two housekeeping ladies responded to our request within minutes on the 3rd floor. It was nice to come down to the lobby for breakfast and sit in a comfortable setting. As for the location of the hotel, it was close to everything. Stores, restaurants, airport etc. I would highly. recommend Staybridge Suites in Pensacola to anyone.

This hotel used to be a Homewood Suites and IHG has done an outstanding job with the renovation and turn over. With that being said, it's business 101 to be able to keep up with profits while undergoing change; I would consider this stage a soft opening as the actual grand opening is not until 4/15. Our family stayed 4 nights while in town looking for homes. Aside from not having a trashcan in our room (we bought one from Walmart) our stay was pleasant. The staff made sure we had everything else we needed and they were all friendly. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are quiet (there were a lot of kids and families--we never heard our neighbors or hallway noise). If needed, we would book here again.

Walking distance to Airport! Stayed here for a few days while visiting Pensacola and Destin. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the overall experience was. The hotel is fully renovated, the kitchen was very useful, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The pillows were awesome and made sleeping even easier. They also offer free breakfast, which was fresh and very good. They have a pool as well, and it’s kept clean. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Just renovated... everything is brand new.
