The Roundup is a gay bar on East Heinberg Street on the edge of downtown Pensacola. It's a locals' bar with friendly bartenders, low drink prices and regular drag shows. The best-known night is Friday drag bingo. The listed hours run from 14:00 to 3am, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend hours on file, so call before planning a Saturday visit. The crowd is mixed and mostly local, and the bar gets busier around Pensacola Pride and Memorial Day weekend, when the beach parties pull in visitors. Parking is easier here than in the centre of downtown.

I started going to the Round-up in 2003, when the old bar still stood. I like the new bar just fine. I haven't been back in maybe 3 years after loosing my left leg. But I look forward to going back. I really enjoyed the black out nights.

The Roundup is one of the best places to drink and see a drag show in town, the prices, the bartenders, and the customers are all so great. Monday- Free pool starts at 8! Tuesday- Karaoke at 9! Wednesday- 1$ drink specials & DJ Jay R. Friday- Drag Bingo at 6:30, drag show at 9 & 11. 5$ Cover at 9. Saturday is something different every week. Sunday we have a show at 5:30- no cover. Second Saturday of the month is always leather night starting at 9 with a 5 dollar cover.
