I had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant due to how they handled my service dog, and I feel compelled to share it. On the day we dined here, three different staff members approached us separately to tell us that dogs were not allowed. The first server questioned us, and I calmly explained that my dog is a legally protected service dog. I also informed them that I have proper documentation from my doctor. A few minutes later, another server came over and asked the same question again, forcing me to repeat myself and explain my medical situation a second time. Then, the manager came over and insisted that dogs were not allowed because “other customers might have allergies.” I explained—again—that service dogs cannot be refused under the law, and allergies are not a valid reason to deny access to someone with a disability. Despite this, the manager continued to argue and repeated the same excuse. This experience was not only frustrating but also humiliating. I should not have to repeatedly justify my disability or defend my legal rights while trying to enjoy a meal. The staff and management demonstrated a serious lack of understanding of service animal laws and showed little respect for people with disabilities. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff. No one should be treated this way for needing a service animal. And the food is extremely mediocre.

Good pho (#11) and mi xao bo ga hoac tom (#16k). Short walk from anshutz inpatient. Got take out and it really hit the spot. Lots of fresh veggies and delicious food. I recommend the small pho, lots of food. Will be back.

This clean and friendly neighborhood eatery upstart is taking off in the right direction. Priced well, the entrees are delicious. Soups are tasty too, not salty. Last time I had great flavors like these was in Beijing…I know, wrong country, but still Asian. Super fast service and generous portions. Really like this place, we've been several times.

We ordered our Pho to go and it was ready to pick up right quickly. The broth was pretty good - nothing amazing, but did the trick to satisfy my pho craving. They gave plenty of toppings to put in your pho, which I appreciate them being generous with. My friend also ordered pho and the vegetarian spring rolls. The dipping sauce they gave with the spring rolls was really good.

Average Pho - Clean location - Wait staff was ok - The food was ok - Price was competitive I ordered the exact same thing that I get at Top Pho just a few blocks away on Colfax. I wanted to give the new place try and compare exact menu items. Like I said, average but not bad. The spring rolls were heavy with lettuce - ok if you like that - I like more rice noodle shrimp and meat. The medium Tai Chin #6(beef noodle bowl with rare steak and well done brisket) was average to bland. I always try to see If I have meat for every bite of soup and I was a little short. The vegetables were fresh(I did notice jumbo jalapenos - nice), the dishes and dining area were clean. I will return to T op Pho for more flavor in my soup, more meat and better spring rolls for the same money. The bill came to 16.11 at Pho Peoria and 16.09 and Top Pho so the money is dead even. That being said for the same money, I will go for the flavor of the broth(vegetarian broth avail too) and just a bit better quality food and the guys at Top Pho really make an effort to get you a good quick meal and that you are totally satisfied. I rate Pho Peoria as good to average, but not bad in any way.
