Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park

My favorite hotel to stay at in Dallas! Staff is incredible. Nate helped me and my team get checked in this trip. I believe it’s Arlene who goes above and beyond to get my breakfast quick when I’m on the way out the door. Great place to stay especially for business. In the Fall I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Will always come back! Rooms are so nice and love being able to walk to get food at the boardwalk

Great hotel! I stay here often for work, and the staff is always very nice and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the entrance is beautiful. They offer a 5-mile radius shuttle, which is a great perk. Each room includes two water bottles, coffee, and a steamer, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will continue staying here when I’m in the area.

Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park is an exceptional hotel and a consistently outstanding place to stay. From the beautiful aesthetics to the well-appointed accommodations, every detail reflects excellence. Most impressive is the team—every employee I’ve encountered delivers warm, professional, and attentive service. Rylan leads an outstanding staff, with special recognition to Ryan, Bessan, Nate, and France, who are consistently exceptional. Oh, I cannot forget the lovely ladies in Caruso Market! They offer Starbucks This team clearly values their guests and create a safe, pleasant, and truly exceptional experience. This hotel sets the standard. You will not be disappointed.

I had a Valentine's Day dinner planned in the legacy area and wanted to stay the night nearby. Decided with the Hilton at Granite Park and was pleasantly surprised. Bessah and Savannah were great! They helped accommodate me with some special requests that were needed with my room. Highly recommend staying here. The customer service from these two were a highlight -- good job ladies.

I cannot say enough about the staff at the hotel, specifically Shannon who originally took the time out of her busy schedule to work through my very restricted diet, and meet with the chef to figure everything out; Jason for meal planning my entire stay and for your safe, delicious meals; Sam and Maria who went out of their way every meal to make sure that all my dietary restrictions were taken care of and I was fed timely. YOU ARE ALL ROCKSTARS!! I cannot thank you enough for how you all made my stay for a recent corporate event less stressful and more without a doubt more palatable.
