Great hotel and location. Perfect for a one day conference

This was a fantastic location to stay. The lobby was clean, well lit, and very well ddcorated and laid out. Lots of comfortable seating. Great in house bar option. Loved all the creative artwork hanging around the place. The room was clean, very personal and welcoming, great amenities. Had three wireless charging stations set up around the room which was super nice. I did have to ask for an ironing board and iron but they had it brought up in 10min. Room service was great. Had a noce breakfast delivered in under 25min from order to delivery. This location is well positioned around may different restaurants and shops as well within 10min. Definitely a great place to stay!

Nate and Ryan at the Front Desk are so responsive and helpful! We have a group in house and they both went above and beyond helping with print, finding packages, and even got an early checkin! Don’t forget to go see Heather and Daciana at the bar. Literally the best service!

The shuttle driver, Ricardo, was amazing! So much fun and quick to get to you! We had a great stay! Beautiful rooms, very clean! Convenient to our favorite little weekend bar across the river.

Overall great hotel in a great location. Loved that the room had plenty of outlets and wireless charging options. Loved the fact the rooms had fridge & microwave and lots of storage the reason for the 4 stars for the rooms is the bathrooms got unnaturally hot, even when you weren't showering. I would give 10 stars for service due to the amazing bellman and shuttle driver Ricardo! There's an old country song about angels among us, and Ricardo is certainly an angel, taking excellent care of my mom and me during our 4-night stay. We were at the end of a 3 week road trip, so we had a lot of luggage and shopping bags. We also had a cooler filled with Cajun food from Louisiana and he helped load and unload it and fill it with ice for us the day we left. He went above and beyond to provide not just top notch service but genuine care and concern

Nathan at the front desk gives a great first impression of the place. Location is good. The grounds are very pretty. Double queen room had extremely uncomfortable beds. TV required sign in to watch YouTube with no guest option at all. Room is on the smaller side, with a bigger price tag than our usual spot at Home2.

I love that this, and all Hilton properties, are dog friendly! The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that there was not ONE dog waste station on the entire property. There should be at least one in the front of the hotel, and outside along the side hallway by the elevators. Maybe next year?? GREAT service by Adrianna and Ricardo. Love Heather in the Lounge.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! No free breakfast, but the breakfast options at Carso were amazing and delicious. Staff was wonderful,. huge room/bathroom. Very comfortable bed. I take my personal pillow on trips, I didn’t even use it because the pillows were amazing. Hot tub/pool area was clean. I just wished the bar was open earlier. We were in town for a funeral, and family members were complaining about other hotels they were staying in. If I am ever back in the area, this is the only place I’m staying!

Stayed there last night and enjoyed. Room was clean, facilities were emasculate, and the staff was attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
