Love, love, love place is very clean

The laundry facilities offer a wash cycle for $2.00, which lasts 29 minutes, and a dry cycle for $2.00, lasting 45 minutes. All machines are very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The room is well cleaned by the staff, showcasing their dedication to upkeep with minimal signs of wear and tear. Notably, the ice machine is cleaned regularly (no mold or mildew), setting it apart from many Hilton hotels. Breakfast features a diverse selection of hot options. Each morning, the staff ensures the lobby furniture is thoroughly cleaned.

I had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Plano Richardson. What stood out the most was how clean everything was—from the room to the common areas, it was all very well maintained and comfortable. Mike, Meagan and the staff were amazing throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for a longer term stay!

Courteous staff especially Cait, breakfast was filling, coffee in lobby ++. Will definitely stay again

Like the room. No Employees in lobby the entire time we were there. (No help). Breakfast was not cooked at all. Waffles, cereal, eggs, biscuits, under cooked sausage and potatoes. Cook your own food in the room.
