Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel

I have a hard time with technology even though I work on it daily. But after 5 AI’s that I had to talk to. I finally got ahold of Shay and she was incredibly helpful! Truly was a blessing to not only talk to a human but to have such a sweet a helpful person. Thank you again Shay!

We try to stay at the Sandman Signature whenever we are in the Dallas area for two specific reasons: Very deep bathtub Exception customer service This stay is no exception. Shay saw to our check in, and when there was a slight issue with our room, she was so helpful and called back to make sure the issue was resolved. She is just one of the reasons why it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Good enough to stay. Good location to visit north Dallas. They don't have free water and hot water in their rooms. Nice breakfast and service.
