Definitely not as advertised. The bathroom was bigger than the room. That was the only highlight. The room was so tiny I could not walk around the bed. The bed was also on the floor ... A platform bed which is just horrible for a taller person or if you have any sort of disability. Barely any space for anything. No refrigerator no microwave. No closet, no drawers. And not very clean.. slatted blinds covered in heavy dust . Haven't seen a hotel with slatted blinds before. ... Definitely would not return.. and despite the bathroom being so large there was still no counter space.. only a sink. Where are people supposed to put their things ?.

What a cool spot! The architecture and old fashion “lift” (elevator) were so cool. The rooms are very small, but very clean and well thought out. The beds are pretty comfortable. The service was excellent. Brian went above and beyond to simplify small details for us which I totally appreciated. I would be remiss if I did not mention Fernandie who was there when we checked in and when we checked out. (We also enjoyed Karaoke the night before and she was there until at least 11pm) Despite these long hours, she never lost her poise or her happy spirit. It was a great weekend! Thank you!

We’ve been coming here for the past five years and have always enjoyed the decor and location in the heart of Providence. I will see the older we get we are starting to outgrow these rooms and the tiny showers that frequently overflow are not as comfortable. After being rebranded the Neptune, we have noticed a decrease in room amenities, such as waters and snacks As well as different Bath products. The pros are definitely the location and the speakeasy bar that reopen downstairs is always fun with good drinks as well as the karaoke bar and the new French restaurant. I will say this is a great spot for someone in their 20s or early 30s without kids.

Great, quirky boutique hotel, centrally located. Authentic, restored interior and friendly, helpful staff. We loved the minimalist design, real, antique paintings, and Persian rug in our room. Also the low-key coffee bar and plentiful magazines in the lobby. Note: Not for those seeking a full-service hotel with all the amenities (and generic rooms, banal wall art, coffeemakers, irons, phones, etc.).

There was no dresser, closet, refrigerator, or ice machine. This should be clearly communicated on the website, but it was not. There is no coffee maker, just a coffee shop downstairs. The chair we had was artistic but not one you could sit in comfortably. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had gaps in the sides when the door is closed, so that there was not much privacy.

This hotel is not as advertised. It’s loud and dirty, the rooms are small- with no closet, no phone/way to call front desk unless you use the phone in the hall. My room was adjacent to a bar so the noise from the bar was incredibly loud. You can see the view of the dirty alley outside my window. Shower is small the shower curtain blows in. You can see the broken AC unit on the wall. above the door that was noisy as well. Everything was a bit run down - the furnishings worn out. The hotel uses public parking lot for parking - which is first come first serve. You can use a QR code to pay for in and out privileges iF there is space when you get back. I used the QE code and still got a $63 dollar parking ticket. Do not stay at this hotel.
