Pros: -Close to downtown -Spacious room Cons: -$25 parking!!! -$50 pet fee!! -Ultrathin walls - you can literally hear your neighbors breath -A lot of noise from the street -No window curtains -Breakfast is just donuts -No cable tv -Shampoo dispenser was empty and the body wash one didn’t work..

Let’s start with the positives: The hotel staff was polite and respectful, and the hotel looks cool. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s nicer and cleaner than this place. To start things off, I went to check in at 3 PM and my room wasn’t ready. No big deal as it gave me a chance to walk the city, and they said they’d text me when it was done. They never texted, so I came back two hours later and it was finally ready. You would figure with those extra hours of cleaning, they would actually clean and prep the room. Instead, the room was dingy, the floors and shower were dirty, and the countertops were stained. They didn’t even take the time to refill the soap bottles in the shower. If I paid $70 for this on the side of a random road, I’d be fine with it. But for what they are charging, I expect at least a complete room. I will not be staying here again.

It's not a bad place to stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were great! The walls are a bit thin and you will hear all of the traffic, but the vibe of the place is really chill. It's about 20 minutes away from most of what we got into (walking) which was cool. You do have to pay for parking though.

Great retro hotel. Perfectly located for downtown/historic Savannah and easy to get to. Great helpful staff. Cool rooms with complimentary coke and Moonpies! Would definitely stay again. Be aware that if booking via booking.com the parking surcharge is far from obvious!!

Our first stop on a cross country road trip and this reno'd motor inn does not disappoint!! We loved our little retro room with moon pies and RC Cola welcoming these weary travelers. The front desk staff were so friendly. We took an easy walk from the inn around town, it's conveniently located within walking distance to several spots we wanted to check out. There are adorable donuts in the lobby in the morning, and postcards for $1 each so of course we had to grab some. I would love to visit Savannah again and stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!

I'm gonna be honest. If you're some sort of fancy world traveler, this is not the place for you. If you're a budget minded normie like me this is a great option for being close to downtown (or what they call it locally).

Perfect vacation. Delicious doughnuts and coffee every morning. Perfect location, one block from Welcome center and just a couple blocks to Visitors Center and Trolley station. 1 mile to Leopold ice cream. Staff was super friendly. Southern Charm. Room clean and fresh and safe. Great stay.
