Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, ideally located by the riverfront. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit everyone. A special mention goes to the staff, who were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, both in catering and at reception. A big shout-out to **Mayuri, Dhiraj, and Saraswati** for their outstanding service and for making our stay extra special. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. I would happily recommend this hotel!

I had very bad experience in hotal Hyatt. I have an event there. I was parking my car and tyre touch the tiles in front area and tiles was broken. They take my key and allow me to enter in hotel after finish my event I Came out side I was waiting half and hour but nobody give me my key and they said you have to pay 40,000 for that tile than only we give you key. Vikram sing and parthana was the real chor who done this. I pay finally 30,000. This is the gunda gardi happened in Hyatt usmanpura. I think hotel is not running good that’s why they charges with gust like this. So I suggest don’t go in this type of hotel where gunda gardi you have to face. Vikram sing and parthana is chor. I add aa picture of that tile you decide it is aa 40000rs tiles?

Halfway through our 4 day stay at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad that has been excellent so far. The best place to stay in Ahmedabad. On arrival, we had accidentally left a few items in the Uber car. It included important travel documents in a laptop bag. It took some 20 hours before the driver finally returned the lost items. All staff at Hyatt Regency helped us to resolve the issue which caused a lot of stress for us. It is very challenging to go through the lost property process via Uber. Customers do not have any direct contact with drivers after drop-off. In particular, there were 4 people who went above and beyond. Ashotosh, the GM, Baldev, Training manager, Vanshika on the front desk and Shiv, Security manager. We would not have retrieved our items without input from these individuals or their teams.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely top-notch. The staff were courteous, attentive and warm throughout which really added to our overall stay - Front desk especially, very friendly and cheerful, great way to start the stay. Rooms were kept in good shape, and the hotel happily accommodated any further requests. Breakfast was scrumptious, ample of food selections to cater for every taste 😊 A sincere compliment also to Chef Mr. Neeraj and Chef Mr Kalpesh at Tinello restaurant also incredible service by Binay, Kundan, Abhishek, Rintu, Saurav names are endless so our thanks to all the staff Would like to say thank you to all the staff and specially Chetan Tandon Front Office Manager Definitely consider staying here again.
