Hotel Heritage

Good

Good location and rooms are also nice

The hotel was very good and the service they provide is also very nice..you all will love the ambiance and it feels like home.as well the food they serve that's so fab ..overall people could try this..

Pathetic stay experience. The property was poorly maintained, smelly, and overall very uncomfortable. The staff was rude and uncooperative throughout the stay. They even denied providing basic complimentary water and did not allow outside food, forcing guests to depend on their own overpriced and oily food, which was honestly pathetic in taste and quality. The so-called complimentary breakfast was disappointing, they allowed only one item, and everything else was chargeable. On top of that, the TV was not working properly, and guests were expected to use their own subscriptions to watch anything. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and decent stay.
