Arlene the maid stole a very expensive power bank. About 6000 pesos for this power bank. She refused to see me after I reported it missing. I am very disappointed. I know she stole it from my room. I’m positive. The front desk was no help.

Affordable hotel with near distance the the Red street. Best thing about these hotels near the walking street is they offer the smoking room. But also quite noisy at night too when clubs playing music so loud. The rooftop dinning bar and pool is quite okay, food is delicious and pool is big with nice city view you can enjoy.

Boys golf trip to celebrate my 'significant' birthday. Chose this hotel because of suitability. Excellent value for money. Staff were superb in every way. From check in to departure we were well looked after. Roof terrace bar staff were superb. Evening musical entertainment was good too. Value for money even down to the budget taxi service back to Manila airport. Hotel seemed to be very popular with Korean tourists. easy access to local nightlife and good restaurants. One in particular ' Hammer' was superb.

Like any hotel, there is bad and good. The bad : If you stay here, ALWAYS DEMAND that the hotel takes out ANY PAY-FOR from the room. Before you even enter the room, tell them to empty out the refrigerator for sure. The employees don't always do a good job of checking items when a tenant leaves. So you could be the one paying for an item taken by the previous tenant. Do you want to pay for something the previous tenant took? The hotel made me pay for it. I don't want this to happen to you. I thought it was an innocent misunderstanding at first. I was pleasant, saying no, I never take from a hotel's refrigerator ever. She could check my past stays to verify. But front desk clerk was adamant that the person checking the room says a soda was missing. I said I don't doubt it is missing, but it wasn't me who took it. She said once again that the soda was missing so I have to pay. I said no, I believe whomever checked the room after the last tenant, probably did not do a good job of checking the refrigerator. She once again said that the item is missing so I have to pay. (See the stonewall?) On principle, I really did not want to pay. I know it's a tiny amount, but it was early morning checkout (still dark), and this whole situation was making me grouchy. So I angrily decided to give up and pay, cuz it was a small amount, and I just wanted to get out of the whole situation. Like really? They are nagging a frequent customer over some soda? I told them whomever is checking the rooms, is doing a terrible job. The lesson I learned is that I should not have argued over the soda. It's a small amount to pay, and the grief over arguing about it is not worth it. And that the hotel will haggle with you over a soda...history of being a frequent/good customer did not count for anything in my case. --------------------- The good : Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean. The location is great. Good value for the price. Save yourself from the hotel trouble by demanding all pay items be removed before you enter the room. I'm sure your stay will be fine if you do that!

Hotel was a class above the others in the area. An oasis. Rooms very nice and top floor longe area very nice with good food. Cost for us was around $A100 which was very good considering the quality and location of the hotel. It is actually located where the old Chicago Park hotel was.

Been about more than 10 years I’ve stayed here. Previously it wasn’t a tower but just ground units. The tower now has a nice facade and the lobby indeed looks grander with nice ambience. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly with good command of English. Service is prompt. Room is clean and cosy. Everything is where it needs to be. They have smoking room options too. Washroom has a nice tub and also running hot water even with shower rain. Toilet has attaching bidet on side. Went to the roof for brekkie. Really nice menu and good food. Location is heart of walking street and in my view the best hotel option around here. Highly recommended for those who want convenience. At the time of writing, paying in cash gives you 20% off published rate as compared to paying by credit card. Thank you for a nice stay

My go to hotel in Angeles - amazing location - modern, clean - big rooms - excellent service. There is a discount off their posted rates if you pay cash. The rooftop pool is decent - I don't really use it. There is no gym but it is not a long walk to get to one. Transportation can be arranged and is not unreasonably priced. For the area I thikn it is by far the best choice.

This hotel was excellent and good value. There were a lot of previous reviews touting the rooftop pool and restaurant, but I did not use the pool as the hours that it was available for use did not match my schedule, so no opinion there. The restaurant was pretty good, with good food quality and choice. The front desk staff was very good, friendly and efficient. The hotel ATM was not functioning for most of my stay, but there are others within easy walking distance. The hotel rooms are very nice, spacious and the bed is comfortable (Executive King). I also appreciated a high floor room with a decent view of the city. The housekeeping was also very good and accommodating. I recommend this hotel, it's clearly well managed and I'll stay again just for that alone. Kudo's to the staff.

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed twice in June (2 x nights before going to Dumaguete for a week and 3 x nights upon returning to Angeles). Both times we chose an Executive Plus room. Hotel is in a central location, good for accessing nearby restaurants, bars and the famous walking street. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. All staff were friendly and helpful, so we give a special mention and thanks to front desk, housekeeping, doormen and some of the restaurant staff. The rooftop pool was very nice, with great views of Angeles. The chlorine may have been a bit strong on our first visit, as my Filipina developed a minor skin reaction on her face (below left eye). During our first visit the service in the restaurant for breakfast was great, but on our second visit I was very disappointed with the service at breakfast: after waiting for quite a while, we were told the waitress was busy, but it was after 10am and I’m quite sure we were the only customers. I got fed up with waiting, so I gave up on the restaurant and we went elsewhere for breakfast each morning. Although the service at the restaurant was lacking on our second visit, we would definitely stay here again and I recommend Central Park Tower Resort for couples and singles (you will be able to take a visitor to your room without drama).

I swear not to go back here again!! I work also in the same industry but we never treat our Guest like what we experienced. Front Office are not approachable!!!! We call to request for Complimentary and they just said " MAG PAPA PUNTA NALANG KAMI NG ROOM ATTENDANT JAN SABHIN NYO PO REQUEST NIYO" is this right?? We wait for almost 30 minutes and walang RA na dumating. So we proceed at the pool to enjoy our stay upon checking out nag proceeds na si Hubby and i sited along the area and i clearly heared na sinabe "UPO MUNA KAYO DON SIR TAWAGIN NALANG NAMIN KAYO" while waiting nag marites muna ung mga Staff after 10 mnts saka sinabe room nmber namin. So disappointed anniversary namin pero ganito!!!! Please paki improved ung service nyo nag babayad naman kami CASH pa!!!
