We visited Gnome on our last night in South Korea (we are from Miami) and had an absolute blast! The atmosphere was very friendly as were the staff and we made several new friends. It’s a quiet, small bar to go to for drinks and conversation. Definitely recommended if you’re in town!

Similar experience entering these bar, half empty but told they are at capacity. Not foreigner friendly so definitely skip this location, very rude way to treat others when it’s an LGBTQ+ bar.

Solo travel Oct 2025** I was excited to try this bar based off reviews...but I went on a friday night around 22:30 and the bartender rejected my entrance due to it being "full" of 7 people, whom were Korean.. Caution** they don't want foreigner at this bar. Its unfortunate but I can tell his disgust with foreigners. Better to show buisness elsewhere maybe will get treated better. Many good options here, avoid the hassle with this place.

Apparently only open on Tuesdays. But that's not mentioned anywhere.

It’s probably a great bar for cis gay men. Im sure! But I don’t think the owner is trans friendly. I was asked to leave the moment I walked in even though I told him I was a trans man. I know Im early in my transition but it still hurt…

Went in during a slow time, but it was ok. The owner was so adorable & very nice to talk to. He was very friendly & chatted about different topics.
