An Amazing Stay! Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The biggest highlight, without a doubt, was Hawan. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful and welcoming people we’ve come across during our travels. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, looked after and had everything we needed. His customer service was honestly exceptional. Hawan has such a kind soul and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Whether we needed help, recommendations or anything during our stay, he was always there to help and made us feel incredibly welcome. People like him are what make a good hotel experience into an unforgettable one. The location was absolutely perfect as well. The metro station was literally around a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around Seoul. There were also so many famous restaurants, beautiful places and attractions nearby, so we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel itself was affordable, comfortable, clean and very pleasant to stay at. For the price and location, it was honestly an excellent choice. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re considering staying here, I genuinely recommend it. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Hawan, make sure you get to know him he’s an absolute legend and an amazing person. Thank you, Hawan, for making our stay in Seoul so special. Good location and close to the village. The rooms were very nice and staff was excellent, especially front desk worker Jay.

Near the metro

I had a lovely time from the 11th of August to 22nd August. The rooms are beautiful with bidet toilets facilities and functional room facilities etc AC .l didn't have any issues. My bed sheets were changed as requested. The staff are lovely and always greet you with a smile. The breakfast was lovely. I would love to see them having a mini menu from the chef that we can order food for supper or dinner in the hotel perhaps with a mini bar .Overall the environment is well looked after. I would continue too book at the same hotel 🏨. Thank you for your kindness during my stay you are all lovely and supportive including the housekeepers

The room we got was spacious but quite dark and visibly worn out. The bathroom and shower doors were broken and made a loud noise which was especially uncomfortable during the night. The worst part for us was the breakfast - I am fine with a simple breakfast but only if the food is good quality.

The reception staff were very friendly. There was a musty smell in the rooms. The location is central, although the area isn't very nice.

Good hotel in Seoul. The room was a bit small and lacked natural light, but the bathroom was large and had all the amenities. They even provided a hair straightener. Friendly staff and a very good location.

Location is just a few steps away from the night life and busy allday dining streets of Supyo and Donhwamun. Very good location. Just not good if you hate smokers as they tend to hang out by the corner. The room for two is small but cozy and elegant. The bathroom is almost half of the entire room and has a grand design. The bidet is also great. The front desk is very accommodating and helpful for a small korean hotel. Breakfast buffet is somehow healthy. Free unli coffee and water near the entrance. Free rent of umbrellas.

Hotel The May, Jongno is my first choice in Seoul area. The location is so perfect, the breakfast was very good. The room is cozy and the bed was so comfortable. The few front desk staff were very kind and helpful. They will try their best to fulfil what we wants. The boss and the lady boss also super kind. I have been staying this hotel for several times.
