Best Western Plus Aldhem Hote
Visitors praise the hotel's good gym facilities, excellent food and service, and convenient location for business with easy parking and motorway access. However, many guests find the rooms to be outdated and in need of renovation, with some experiencing issues like low water pressure, mold, and even brown water in the shower. There are also conflicting reports regarding staff friendliness, with some finding them super unfriendly while others describe them as nice and outstanding.

Somewhat outdated but solid rooms. Extensive breakfast buffet.
Great gym. Lot of kit and no-one in it
The room was spacious and very clean, with a very reasonable noise level. The only minor issue was the shower's slightly low water pressure.
We arrived around 10:45 PM and despite having a reservation, there was no room available… Really unprofessional!
Super unfriendly lady at the front desk. I will never set foot in here again. Her friendliness is just as bad as the state of the hotel!!! What kind of "reception" was this? Do you want to attract customers or drive them away?
