ibis Namur Centre

The room was fine. The service was poor. Pierre at reception was very cold and unpleasant, offering no information or directions to the rooms. We tried to make him smile, but it was impossible. Pierre was definitely not a pleasant person to meet, and in my opinion, not a good fit for this type of establishment.

August 2026. Two nights at the Ibis Centre, located close to the city center, easily accessible on foot. The bus stop is opposite. On-site parking costs €20 per day. Breakfast was varied. We found our first good cappuccino after having had some terrible ones at the City Box in Brussels. The reception staff were helpful and provided local information.

Very clean and super friendly staff always ready to help we went for a small last min trip and so happy we fond availability

Top-notch hotel with incredibly friendly staff! The room was spotless! The manager was very attentive to her guests! Well done to the whole team!
