Ne5t Hotel & Spa

I went there with high expectations after reading the reviews about this place. And I was not disappointed for a single moment. Simply EVERYTHING is perfect! The design and decor of the suite, the menu, the staff, the Spa…. A heartfelt congratulations and thanks!

Magnificent building, top-notch architecture, the gardens have been designed with great taste

An exceptional experience at NE5T in the Citadel! Both the welcome and the cuisine were simply outstanding. The setting is magnificent, elegant, and soothing, with an atmosphere that makes the moment even more special. We chose the Italian menu, and it was a true culinary journey 🇮🇹✨. Perfectly crafted flavors, beautiful combinations, and dishes as beautiful as they were delicious. With each course, we truly felt transported to Italy. A huge congratulations to the entire team, both front and back of house, for the warm welcome, the service, and the quality of this experience. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will return with great pleasure! ❤️ Pirlet

Waw !

A beautiful place… with a fantastic welcome 👌 On our last visit, we were treated to a truly unique gourmet barbecue. Simply excellent… as always.

A luxurious secret hideout (even from the Uber drivers!) 🏰🧳 Nested in a wonderfully quiet residential area up on the heights of the Citadelle, Ne5t Hotel & Spa is an absolute oasis of silence and calm in Namur. The Room (or should I say, Mansion): We were a party of three and booked one of their largest "rooms." Honestly, calling it a room is a severe understatement, as it was essentially a massive apartment, complete with its own kitchen and beds so ridiculously comfortable I briefly considered refusing to leave them. 🛏️ The "Ghost" Staff: The quality of the facilities is excellent, and the staff is friendly. However, they run a very tight ship numbers-wise. Once evening hits, they pull a highly efficient disappearing act! You will not see a single soul around unless you call the designated duty number, which actually adds to the private, peaceful vibe. 👻 The Logistics: If you don't have your own car, getting down to the city center requires calling an Uber. Fair warning: the location is so wonderfully hidden that even the local Uber drivers will wander the residential streets looking thoroughly confused trying to find you! 😅🚗 The Verdict: The breakfast is simply excellent. Yes, the final bill is definitely on the expensive side for Namur, but as I always say: when you experience quality, you have to be perfectly prepared to pay the price tag for it. Worth almost every penny!

The Nest restaurant offers delicious and expertly prepared cuisine. The staff is charming and the setting is perfect! A must-try!

A magnificent place to discover and experience for lovers of fine food ❤️ A warm welcome, impeccable service, a cozy room, and beautiful decor. A very pleasant stay for a romantic getaway. A gourmet meal of exquisite finesse, featuring high-quality local products and perfectly executed cooking techniques. Breakfast was also delicious and of exceptional quality. A truly exceptional place to discover.

Everything was perfect! A wonderful discovery!

Rooms: junior suite booked last minute... wow, very spacious, high-quality finish Intuition: well-presented menu: amuse-bouches top-notch (tomato crème brûlée with Parmesan espuma), starter tuna and foie gras in an incredibly tasty miso broth, main course cod with pearl couscous, fermented vegetables... excellent, and to finish, a pineapple dessert. Wine pairing including a Greek surprise. Budget 100+, but more than worth it.

Beautiful location, beautiful room, yet not booked upon arrival. The staff speaks broken English and didn't give the right feeling. Paying extra to open the second bedroom in the apartment, paying extra for the spa. The outdoor pool was not in use. In short, it is probably a great place, but the service is substandard. If you want to charge almost €400 for one night at the last minute, everything has to be right, and it wasn't.
