THE STAY Boutique Hotel Central Square

⭐ 1/5 Disappointing stay. The room was dirty - we found dirty socks from previous guests in the corner. The bathroom had a blocked drain, no fan and a strong sewer smell. Basic amenities are lacking - no lobby and no coffee machine. The maids are extremely noisy at lunchtime: they push and shove, vacuum and don't pay attention to the guests who are resting. The breakfast is simple and has a limited selection, but at least the products were clean and fresh. We wouldn't stay again.

Terrible, sewer smell from the bathroom, dirty carpet everywhere, breakfast not in the hotel but somewhere else (very sad) served only from 8:30!!! The photos on the website are totally misleading! Beware!

Very good overall. Toilets are a bit tiny and view in the backyard overlooks a roof. There were some kittens living there which made the stay fun.

the tv in the room didnt have netflix. disappointing. the shower in the bathroom didnt have a door, so the whole bathroom got wet and stayed wet for hours. quite inconvenient. otherwise solid. we got a candy from the reception :) location is good its nearby many of the popular attractions and many places to eat at right outside the hotel. we didnt interact much with the people so i cant say how the service was, they looked nice though

We only spent one night at The Stay Hotel, but we left with wonderful impressions! Everything was impeccable - the room was extremely clean, cozy and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. The staff was extremely kind, smiling and responsive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect - in a convenient place, close to everything you need. Thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality! We would definitely choose this hotel again and we gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Plovdiv.

Unbeatable location Parking near the hotel, book at the hotel

There's no parking, the deal is 15 euros per night, they direct you to a parking lot nearby, there are no slippers in the rooms and they are very small. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in the same place within 2 square meters and are very bad. In Turkey, they probably wouldn't give a license for a shower and toilet in these physical conditions. Breakfast is 8 euros, I didn't have breakfast. Only the location is very nice.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff are friendly and welcoming but the room and the bathroom were dirty, there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor, and the lift was very narrow
