Wakeup Aarhus

Absolutely CANNOT recommend Wakeup Aarhus!!!!!! We were 1 adult and 2 children, which was made clear during the booking and which we also paid for. We got a room with ONE double bed and a lumpy folding pouf that was impossible to sleep on. We "slept" all 3 in the double bed (not much sleep due to lack of space). When you pay for 3, you also expect a bed for each, we DID NOT get that 🤬🤬🤬 so I absolutely CANNOT recommend Wakeup Aarhus as a hotel when you DON'T get what you pay for!!!!! So next time Aarhus=finds another place

Annoyed that there wasn't breakfast included in the price. But that makes me choose somewhere else next time.

We enjoyed our stay here. No frills but clean and pleasant. I liked you could check in and out quickly online and no cleaners bother you in the morning.

Wakeup Aarhus: It's incredible that you can squeeze a bathroom into the floor space of an already small room - but then to top it off, you have a window with a view of a concrete wall less than a meter from the window. I tried something similar at an Indian slum hotel once, but is it even legal in Denmark? I didn't think it was cheap to stay there compared to good hotels in the city, and I will never come back.

It's comfortable and right in the middle of the city. I love it and I sincerely appreciate your patience during the checkout process. The only aspect that was a little uncomfortable was the checkout experience. An earlier reminder or notice regarding the checkout time would have helped me better understand and prepare for your expectations. At the time, it felt a little like I was being chased out of what had otherwise been such a beautiful facility.

Good location, clean and nice. Rooms are small, but okay. Breakfast is not worth the money. It costs DKK 100 to do check-in half an hour before the check-in time of 3 PM. The room is clearly empty, so what are you paying for?

The hotel is worn out and the rooms are neglected. The price is incredibly high compared to what you get. I regretted not spending 500 kr more on a better hotel.

Rooms are very small, for 200€ per night no automatic cleaning of the room at a 3 nights stay. Also breakfast was not included in that price

Another good stay at Wakeup Aarhus, where you get a good hotel stay in the middle of Aarhus for a reasonable price. It is easy to get to the hotel, and the central parking option is a big plus when planning a mini-vacation in Aarhus. The whole family enjoyed the stay at the hotel, which we can also recommend to others who need a good and affordable place to stay centrally in Aarhus.
