AIDS-Hilfe Dresden e.V.

AIDS-Hilfe Dresden e.V. is the city's long-established HIV and sexual-health organisation, based at Bischofsweg 46 in the Äußere Neustadt. It offers anonymous HIV and STI testing and counselling, prevention and education work, and support for people living with HIV, with outreach aimed at gay and bisexual men and the wider LGBTQ+ community. For visitors it is the place to go for a confidential test or local health advice. Testing runs at set times rather than all day, so check current hours before going. The Neustadt location puts it in the same district as most of Dresden's queer bars.
