Qube

Qube is a big multi-floor club in Portonaccio, east of central Rome. Its gay following comes from Muccassassina, the Friday-night queer party that has run in the city since the early 1990s. A typical Friday means several rooms of music, with pop and commercial dance on the main floor and harder electronic sounds elsewhere, plus drag hosts and themed productions. The party runs from about 23:00 until 05:00, and the queue builds after midnight. Getting there takes a taxi or night bus from the centre, so plan your ride home before you go.
