Check-in was very slow. Several of us arrived at the same time and there was only one person at reception (who was quite slow). Knowing that we were all going to the concert next to the hotel, they could have doubled the staff.

It was regrettable to have to wait in line for almost an hour on a Saturday afternoon (peak occupancy and demand), with a concert at the Coliseum. In this case, a young man was handling check-in with the number of guests arriving at the hotel. This was done simply because they didn't want to hire another person to cut absurd costs inherent in this type of work. This overshadowed the rest of the hotel's facilities and ruined the entire stay. It's the first time I've witnessed anything like this, and I frequent hotels in America and the United States with thousands of guests and a much higher volume of visitors, where such absurd lines never form. The hotel itself is in very good condition and is very well designed and pleasant, with attention to detail. The food in the restaurant is very good, and the price and quality are excellent. Special mention must be made of the excellent service and hard work of Alicia, who is very diligent and attentive, always looking out for the guests and their comfort, and demonstrating enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards her work. I must also mention another extremely distasteful act: knowing I was going to pay in CASH at CHECK-IN, he asked for 3 cents and didn't round up the amounts. This is something I've never witnessed in any hotel before: reality sometimes surpasses fiction. ANYWAY...
