Delfina attended to us professionally and very attentively.

Rozio was lovely and the food was amazing as always, one of my favorite places in Madrid!

El Cisne Azul is probably one of the best places to enjoy mushrooms in the known universe. Their menu is extensive and all dishes are prepared exclusively with selected ingredients. Not an inexpensive place, but it's worth every penny. I recommend the risotto and boletus with foie. Just sublime.
