Novotel Leicester

Good place to stay, close to the city centre. Pleasant restaurant.

Fantastic stay at Novotel Leicester! We had a brilliant stay at Novotel Leicester and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made us feel comfortable straight away. The hotel was clean, modern and well looked after, and our room was lovely and comfortable. Everything was just right, and the overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The staff genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, and that really does make a difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Novotel Leicester to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with great service. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Good modern hotel with parking. The room were clean, modern with shower AC and fridge. Good bed, nice and firm. Breakfast was better than most, I had a really good fresh omelette. Location was good, next to lux cinema and short walk to the shops. Safety seems OK but I wouldn't like to walk around as a female at night.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast.

Requires a driveway adjacent door to load and unloading vehicles.

Great hotel. Use when am in Leicester and it provides great service. Plenty of places to eat a short walk away.

Nice hotel 🏨 and there hospitality is 100%. Hope to come back

We had a large group booking (30+ rooms) and couldn't compliment both the hotel and the staff more. Sam who coordinated the reservation was incredibly helpful and accommodating - the team on the desk were also wonderful.

We have stayed twice great breakfast pleasant welcome with a free drink parking to the rear and local to the centre Thankyou x

We had a lovely night at Novotel Leicester. Augustus at reception provided such great service that made us feel special. The other staff were great too. Breakfast was great. Location really central. Just one star down for some very minor maintenance issues like shower seals but the rooms are of a high standard and really clean. Lovely stay overall.

we had a nightmare with an air b&b, which forced us to called round hotels .. thank god we got in contact with lady called sam from novotel she was absolutely brilliant , we honestly could not have asked for any better service she really was the most helpful. .. she went away called us back and helped a family in a crisis.. we even had other family members travel down and switch accommodations simply due to how amazing we had been treated and the look of the hotel .. they also and dealt with the same lady SAM!! which she sorted them as well ❤️ .. the staff at the hotel couldn’t be any more helpful and pleasant .. amazing hotel 10/10 for me all round.. clean 10 comfy 10 location 10 what more could you want
