The room and bathroom were very spacious, the breakfast had good options, and the location is the highlight, close to everything.
Great hotel... we went for a few days of work and highly recommend it
The receptionist's service was appalling; he was unwilling to resolve unforeseen situations that weren't covered by the established procedures. And the manager, who was nowhere to be seen, never showed up and didn't answer his team's calls.
I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and I loved it. The breakfast was delicious, with completely fresh orange juice. It's not your typical breakfast where the eggs are just sitting there cold and the same for everyone; here they offer to customize them, and you end up choosing your breakfast as if it were à la carte. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many places, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I felt safe at night even though I was traveling alone. Today I checked out of the hotel, and this morning they surprised me with a birthday cake. I hadn't told them, so they spent the afternoon observing and then surprised me with it. I've already recommended it to other friends, and I recommend it here.
