Grand Brizo La Plata

It's a place that, from the outside and with its flashy appearance, seems much more luxurious than it actually is, but it has its charms. It's not the most comfortable, well-maintained, or luxurious place in reality. But it feels good and peaceful, the staff is very respectful, and the possibility of using the spa, the pool, and its several bars makes for a comfortable stay for a family, as it has good security and feels like a world apart. There are details I really wish were better maintained, such as the pool, which is small, run-down, and awkward to get to, but it has nice touches like the rooftop bar and the city views. It has good sound insulation. The rooms feel a bit dark, and the bed is just okay.

I often stay at this hotel. Yesterday was my last visit, and it's truly a shame to see the hotel's deterioration. The bar/cafe staff on the night shift were very unfriendly, although the dinner was good. It's crucial that the staff reflects the hotel's category. The pool is frankly poorly maintained. This review is intended to encourage improvement; the entire complex is very nice.

Excellent hotel in every way. The service from all the staff is exceptional, simply unbeatable! The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the services are excellent. The location is perfect. Highly recommended, a great experience!

Very good. Everything impeccable.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms.

Excellent hotel with a gym and pool, very good service and breakfast. The location is strategic, in the city center close to everything.

The hotel is beautiful from every angle. We used the heated pool and it was great. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, there's a variety of pillows, and the towels are large. Everything is of very good quality. Details to improve: the bathroom lighting (dim, cozy): it needs a light that allows you to see the mirror clearly, even if it's a magnifying mirror, there's no light shining directly on it. They don't even offer a complimentary bottle of water! They even charge for the tea bag they leave in the room. I've never seen anything like it... A 4-star rating??? I saw the comments about the breakfast. While it's true there could be more variety, for us it was very good. Staff: super friendly

We stayed for 11 nights, and I'm leaving very happy. The hotel is beautiful, but what I remember most is the excellent service from all the staff, especially the breakfast guy named Maxi, who made us feel very welcome. I will definitely return.
