A pleasant and uneventful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly and efficient staff. Everything worked as expected, making it a convenient choice for a stay in João Pessoa. Nothing exceptional, but no significant issues either. Fair breakfast.

I usually stay a lot in the Allccor network, several Ibis on the resume, but this one surprised me, very clean, great service, bathroom and very cozy room!

Located at the end of Cape Blanco, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking tranquility and the sound of the sea. It is about 2.5 km from the busiest region of Tambaú. During the stay, the hotel was in renovation, which caused noise. This point could have been informed in advance at the booking and reinforced at the check-in, as it directly impacts the experience — the guest ends up discovering only throughout the day, with the noise of the works. The service is direct and unwelcoming, disrespecting the standard expected from Accor. There is also little flexibility: even with apparently low occupation, it was not possible to anticipate the check-in without charge, which can be uncomfortable for those who arrive early after the trip. Breakfast, with effort, is ok, but leaves to be desired in taste and variety. Cakes options are weak. There is tapioca and omelet available, however this is not informed to the guest nor marked in the environment. For the value of R$50,00, no compensation — in the corner of the hotel there is a buffet breakfast for R$29,90, with the best cost-benefit and which ends up being the most viable alternative in the region. Parada 97 also offers good options. Summary: good choice for rest and quiet, but with flaws in transparency and in the overall experience.

Location of the hotel very good, the stall of the room surprised us. Comfortable beds, parking available. The only detail was the breakfast, few options, there was no replacement, few employees to do the maintenance of the space.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel and I will definitely be happy as many times as possible. First service and a highlight to the chef Josi Ariza who always makes such delicious dishes , presentable and with love . I just love everything here!!!

My stay was between 12 and 13 July 2025. The hotel is organized. The room I stayed with double bed was good, with good cleaning, but not excellent... I have stayed in other hotels with similar values, with exceptional rooms. Breakfast is good, but also expected more of the regional food. As for the service, I was well served by the staff at the reception. The location is good. After all, the hotel delivers what it promises, but I confess that for an IBIS hotel, I expected more.

What an unpleasant surprise, the hotel is well below the average of other units, poorly trained employees (it's not their fault); access card to the rooms that was printed wrong and needs to put in the opposite direction, deteriorating furniture conditions, iron inner chair (type used in barbecue), totally uncomfortable.. never seen an IBIS in this state... urgent need for retrofit. I had already stayed in this hotel and was not in these conditions.

It is always a pleasure to stay at ibis João Pessoa. Everything great from check-in to check-out. Great service, everyone very courteous, a delicious mancha coffee. In addition to an impeccable location. Show!!!

Great cost X beneficial ratio. Great location. Excellent service, highlight for the reception staff Beto and Beth. The food was very good at dinner and lunch. And the breakfast very varied. the super clean rooms. I'll come back more often.

I made a question of coming here to praise Ana Ligia of the kitchen! I ordered a chicken fillet with rice and green beans, my God... How much love I had for that food, the best chicken fillet with rice and beans I've ever eaten! A simple dish but with so much love and capricho! The dish was a wonderful delight, sorry I didn't take a photo to put it here! But it was clear the dedication and love, decorated and tasty dish! Congratulations Ana Ligia, continue delivering your best! You deserve to be praised!
