Excellent service from the waiters. Great rooms. The bar has very good drinks and snacks.

Beautiful

Highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is beautiful—a very well-maintained historic house with plenty of charm and attention to detail. Furthermore, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. As a suggestion, it would be excellent if they added a QR code with the history of the house and its general context, as it would make the stay even more enriching.

We like this hotel a lot. We would recommend it while staying in Punta Arenas. It's close to everything and quite central. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is great.

We stayed here thinking our belongings would be safe in our room, but 800 euros were stolen directly from our bags, which we had left inside the room. This is a very serious and unacceptable situation in an establishment that claims to be reputable. Guest safety should be an absolute priority. We received neither a clear explanation nor any real support commensurate with the seriousness of the incident. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until concrete measures are implemented to guarantee the safety of guests' personal belongings.

The facilities are in terrible condition; for example, the bar's pergola is also disrespectful. It's incredibly rude to witness staff arguing. I've never experienced anything like this before as a guest—hearing management yelling at their employees. I will never return to this hotel.

My experience was awful. I thought this hotel would be worth it, but clearly it wasn't. It's staffed with inexperienced people, from the receptionist, Carolina Pérez, to the management, who lack the necessary skills to resolve problems and are rude. If you want to stay in a hotel, look for any other but this one.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The parking is very tight so call ahead to make sure you have a spot. The rooms are very nice, older and fancy. The whole building is like a big antique. They had a full breakfast that was included in the room price. We never ate at the restaurant or had drinks at the bar but it all looked nice.
