Hotel Mercurio

It's a simple hotel one block from the main square. It offers good value for money, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is average.

Excellent service. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Easy parking. Excellent value for money; it's inexpensive for the service provided.

Excellent service…. Better than the one on the other block with name recognition… very cozy… when we had to check out of the other hotel at 11:00 am sharp… we brought bags here thinking we will check in at 3:00 pm… the front lady gave us the keys to a well made room… outstanding service… only regret why we did not choose this location for both nights…. We have to go on excursion at 5:00 am, they said breakfast will be ready at 4:30 am…. What can I say? Would absolutely recommend over name brands…. Loved it….

Plus: the location in city centre and the staff, friendly, helpful, they even got out breakfast ready in 6 AM. The room was clean, WiFi quite fast. Minus: It was really cold in the room, with a large gaps between windows and wall. You can also hear everything from the street. The hotel would need a refurbishment.

It's a centrally located hotel, not luxurious, but it offers good service overall. The staff is friendly, and you sleep well, to be honest. The room amenities generally worked well. The breakfast is quite basic and did leave me a little disappointed, but it was still good and tasty. And... well, I don't know if there are other similar stories, but there was a rather strange incident where someone knocked on our room door and said, "Excuse me." My brother immediately opened it because his bed was right next to the door and there was no one in the hallway or nearby... we took it as something paranormal, to be honest :).
