Про це місце Zus & Zo

Zus & Zo is a guesthouse with a café-restaurant on Grote Combeweg 13a, a short walk from the Presidential Palace and the Palmentuin. It has a real link to the community: the October Pride Walk set off from here in 2024 and 2025 (Suriname Herald, Times of Suriname), and the 2026 walk starts here too. Rooms are simple and the café is a backpacker meeting point. Google rates it 4.1 from about 420 reviews.

I went to the restaurant located below the hotel. The Surinamese food was good and tasty (in Suriname practically everything is spicy). I ordered a fish fillet with rice and salad, and it came with a spicy sauce. I asked to change it, and the staff promptly replaced it with ketchup and mayonnaise. I liked the place, but I went on a rainy day ☔️ and some parts of the restaurant were flooded, but the food and the house tea were great.
