Про це місце Express by Canad Inns

Express by Canad Inns is an unassuming gay-friendly hotel at 1824 Pembina Highway in Fort Garry, sitting about 9 km south of downtown Winnipeg near the University of Manitoba. Don't expect luxury. The rooms cover the basics: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, microwaves, minifridges, and coffeemakers, with pull-out sofas thrown into the upgraded options. Breakfast comes with the room. Downstairs, you get an oddball mix of on-site amenities: a pizza joint, a gaming lounge packed with slots and a pool table, and a nightclub. Just call ahead to check what's actually running. With only a few dozen Google reviews to its name, the details on this listing could easily be out of date.

Despite being a cheap hotel, the room was big enough, and all seemed very clean. I gave it 5 stars because of a VERY helpful and friendly staff, specially Mr. Deep from the front desk. The treatment and information provided by him was top 5 star hotel level.
