In endocrinology, the care is good and attentive. There are delays at the pharmacy, but that's understandable given the number of patients they serve. I consider it one of the best public healthcare services in the city. It would be good if they allocated more funding to fix the bathrooms, acquire more medical equipment for certain tests, and add more examination rooms and healthcare staff.

A pioneer in Mexico, it remains the only place that supports and provides advice, help and first-instance care for HIV.

Clearly, they need to better monitor their employees. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to file a complaint for harassment and intimidation by one of their employees. He claims to be a volunteer at this place, and despite that, I've felt vulnerable and exposed to harassment and sexual advances from him. No one should have to feel assaulted or physically exposed by a depraved individual who makes unwanted advances toward anyone he encounters. His name is Antonio; he's an elderly gentleman, tall, with glasses, short hair, and fair skin. He pretends to be very kind and attentive, but he's just looking for an opportunity to take advantage of people. If anyone in charge of this establishment reads this, please don't take it lightly. I implore you to take action against this person and his unethical practices toward patients who are already vulnerable and don't expect this kind of behavior. Thank you very much.
