I don't like the way the receptionists treat people.

Honestly, for the past two years I've been trying to get my psychiatric treatment here. They don't treat me badly, but they always end up canceling my appointments. Several times they don't even notify me. I come from far away, and it feels like a loss when they don't see me. I was hoping they would treat me here because the other hospitals with psychiatric care don't want to see me either, and they always end up sending me somewhere else. My only suggestion is that if you have appointments and you're coming from far away, ask before you arrive so you don't end up like me.

Customer service and communication could be improved, as they don't seem to know how to handle it. I've been there for three years, but the service keeps getting worse.
