From the drive to the hotel, its elevated location offers incredible views, especially at sunset. The rooftop terrace boasts one of the most privileged views in Vallarta. It's simply beautiful. The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Alfonso, the receptionist, who makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive and is always attentive to your needs. I found the room very comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy hammock. Overall, I can highlight the warmth of the place and the staff.

Terrible service. The room wasn't ready at the agreed-upon time; they gave it to us an hour late. The housekeeping wasn't done; they had to clean it as soon as we arrived. We waited to check in. They told us they would give us complimentary drinks, but then charged us for them, saying they hadn't said that. Lack of communication from the team. I don't recommend it.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and although I was only there for one night, I loved the location near the beach and the spectacular view from the rooftop (video attached). But what truly stood out was the attention and service at Amaca. It wasn't just from the moment I arrived; when I checked out, I forgot a remote control, and they went out of their way to contact me and send it to me since I'm from Mexico City. If there's one thing that's rare in hotels these days, it's this kind of attentiveness 🙌🏼. I'm definitely grateful and would return without hesitation. I think the value for money is good. The location is really good. It's not too far from the beach. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The view from the pool is amazing. But the pool isn't very big. They had a happy hour, but you don't realize it only applies to margaritas. But overall, it was good; the rooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning is excellent.

The staff is attentive, and the hotel is simple, ideal for a short vacation. The location is good if you plan to go to the beach, although keep in mind that it's on a hill and the climb is tiring. The only thing I didn't like was that they have a mini-fridge that makes a lot of noise at night, and instead of keeping it free for guest supplies, they keep it full for sale—very 90s.

I received a very warm welcome and they answered all my questions. The room was exactly as pictured, clean, and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooftop pool was fantastic—the water was wonderful, and the view was excellent. The reception staff received my packages and kept them safe; thank you so much. The hotel's location is fantastic, super close to everything, and in a safe area. I would give it a 10/10.

HORRID EXPERIENCE! Check-in was at 3 pm, which they did NOT respect since my "deluxe" room wasn't ready. It was anything but deluxe because the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the view was of a clothesline, and the hammock was stained with blood. There was no lighting, and the pool was tiny. The service was a 0/10. The bartender never took my order; he was bored out of his mind, playing depressing music on the rooftop. Regarding the location, it was extremely unsafe to walk around since it's in a network of alleyways, and we were being followed. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, and believe me, I've traveled all over the world and I've never been treated like this, much less after booking a "premium" room.

An excellent place to relax, an oasis in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The service is very good, and the rooms are clean and cozy. Without a doubt, a magnificent place to stay.

All the entertainers were really cool; charismatic and great dancers; you're never bored with Sofia and Cris made me laugh a lot; they both dance really well
