The St. Mary's Inn Bed & Breakfast

Five Star Treatment at a beautiful Inn with exceptional hosts. The entire Inn was furnished with “Period Pieces” that were gorgeous. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were cozy and comfy. The bedding was exceptional and the bathrooms spacious. The breakfast presentations looked as though they were from Bon Appetit. The food was well prepared and delicious. The location was close to everything and the attractions were too numerous to list. Give yourself a treat and stay at St. Mary’s Inn!

So I was just seeing what their service animal policy was and they won’t take service animals which is against the ADA because their medical equipment under the ADA and then when I was trying to explain it them they hung up on me that is illegal

Such a unique gem of a place, with fabulous hosts! Started from the moment we were greeted, Pam and Jay knew so much about us, showing us they truly care about knowing who is staying there. It felt like we were visiting our aunt and Uncle, full of warmth and welcoming spirits. The place was beautiful and so well decorated, open and airy and so cozy. We were hanging in our room realizing how it felt like we were just chilling at home. And the breakfast was ao delicious! Im gluten free and they made me a special gluten free French toast thst was the best French toast I've ever had. The table was set so beautiful and we had such a delightful breakfast. We had teenagers with us who didn't know what to think of a B&B and now they want to come back and do more of these experiences. We highly recommend this place, 100%

We just completed our 6 night stay here at the bed and breakfast and it was lovely. The room we were in was the Magnolia and there were two separate areas to sit and relax in. A very spacious and comfortable room. Being on the third floor gave us great views of the mountains in the distance as well. The owners are lovely and made sure our stay was comfortable. We had some pretty early morning activities and they arranged an early breakfast for us on several days. The location is amazing! Literally minutes away from great food, shopping, parks, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly come back if we make it out to colorado springs again.

The Inn is beautiful, location is perfect, and the breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave the Inn. You will love Pam, Jay, Luke and Aracelli. Visiting with the other guest at breakfast was such a joy and Pam was there making sure we had everything we needed as Jay and Luke prepared our wonderful meal.

I'm a seasoned Bed & Breakfast affecianado and St. Mary's Inn rates highly, in my experience. My husband and I stayed in the Cherrywood room for 5 nights. Pam, Jay, Luke and staff are warm and welcoming. The old Victorian home is spic and span. Our room was air-conditioned which is needed in the summer heat and the white noise offsets any occasional street sound which is to be expected in a city center location. We slept soundly. While we had a car and used the free, on site parking, restaurants and downtown are walking distance. All the sites are an easy drive away for day trips... Gourmet breakfasts, family style, are brought to you by Chef Jay - with a sumptuous table presentation. Pam, a retired school teacher, is a gregarious host. Coffee and tea are always available as well as small treats. It's fun to chat with fellow guests or just listen to others chat. A B&B is a much richer experience than a chain hotel and worth the extra change.

Impeccably maintained, stunning & beautiful Victorian home rivaled only by the hospitality of Pam and Jay. Words and images cannot convey the 5 star achievement of St. Mary's Inn.

My wife and I enjoyed spending an extended weekend celebrating or 37th anniversary and attending our niece's wedding. The place is beautiful and is only surpassed by the charm and attentiveness of the owners.

UPDATE 5/31/2021 just updating this to say that the inn is STILL excellent and five stars in my book. New owners Pam and Jay have taken over from Zeno and Conchita. Pam and Jay are lovely people and clearly enjoy being great hosts and know a lot about the history of this house as well as the entire area. Breakfasts are the same exquisiteness (attaching a photo of a Belgian waffle that was spectacular). Rooms are still beautiful. Slight suggestion to avoid room Acacia, the only one on the main floor, unless you’re an early (6am) riser like me. They work hard to keep the kitchen sounds as quiet as possible of course but there’s only so much you can do in these historic buildings. ==original review below== This is an excellent inn. I have visited Colorado Springs three times in the past two years (daughter applying to Colorado College and then moving in). First time, stayed at The Mining Exchange, which was fine but impersonal. Second time, wanted a place more walkable to the college and picked St. Mary's because of the exterior photo and other reviews. It was ABSOLUTELY perfect. The rooms are luxurious, the breakfast is exquisite. But most of all, Zeno and Conchita are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they encourage all the guests to get to know each other. Enlightening conversations about the history of the area and the best spots to visit, too. I will likely be visiting several more times over the next four years and will stay here every time.

Charming house, walking distance to bars & restaurants. Owner pam and her husband jay will spoil you. Terrific breakfast. My room (Sycamore) was a suite, with a great spot for getting work done. Highly recommended!
