My parents stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a wonderful experience. They specifically mentioned that Xotchl, the young lady at the front desk, was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. She provided excellent hospitality and was attentive to their needs, promptly assisting them with additional towels, body wash, and other amenities. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a positive impression on them and contributed to an enjoyable stay. Thank you, Xotchl, for going above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and welcomed. Your outstanding customer service is greatly appreciated!

Very helpful staff. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. Ill stay again if back in town

Came to visit family. What an amazing stay. This hotel knows how to take care of guests. From keeping the hot water and coffee filled. Friendly staff and management. From rooms keeping to food attendant. Here you have a great amount of places to eat and walk to. Very walkable. Close by CVS, IHOP and CHILI'S. Also if you enjoy shopping. Yup. Plenty of places to shop. I will definitely come back and stay at this location.

Fairfield in Riverpark is always my favorite when I’m in town. It is always very clean and Issac and workers make you feel welcomed. They are the main reason I keep returning. It does get packed so make your reservation in advance. Thank you Fairfield see you soon.
