Paul's Pel'meni

Hungry but don't want to spend a lot of money? Go to Paul's Pel'meni and you won't be disappointed. Staff are super friendly, the food is ready incredibly fast, and you'll get a tasty and filling meal for about $10. You're not going to find a better deal in town than Paul's.

Never had anything like it.

It was a fantastic late night spot, super quick, but make sure you like spice if you get the curry powder. And add soy sauce at the table!!!! Russian dumplings were a new food for me but I enjoyed it.

This remains a Madison staple. I remembered it fondly from my college days and am pleased to report it's just as good years later (taste, portion size, relative price, speed and quality of service). Nothing beats a full order of mix with the works

best food in madison along with estación inka

Affordable & Delicious place in downtown. A simple, casual spot for a quick and affordable meal. It’s self-seating and self-service, simple menu, with an open kitchen and bar seating available. The ambiance has a sports-bar feel, though the space is a bit cramped and dull. The pel’meni were yummy, and when you’re hungry, one full order should be enough for one person. Best of all, you can get a filling meal here for less than $10. Restrooms were clean, and the entrance faces southeast. Overall, a good place for tasty food without spending much. I recommend trying it and will definitely revisit in the future.

Delicious dumplings, fantastic for preparation for a late night!!

Went there during halal week. Great service and perfect beef dumplings! Thank you!

Delightfully simple menu. And you can even get frozen pelmeni on request.

Super yummy, never had it before definitely recommend trying both the beef and potato
