Leather Central

Passing through, very nice man working. Had everything we needed. We will be back if in the area.

Went there Tues 4-2-24, and there was a sign stating that they would be closed on the 1st and 2nd. Came back on the 3rd and they were STILL CLOSED. Visiting from out of town and was completely disappointed. Wanted to give no stars.

GO HERE!!! All the toys I had on my wishlist were sold for less than I've ever seen online or in person and they also have a small smoke shop section in the back! Absolutely loved the employee behind the counter, they were kind, funny, and helpful even for someone on the more experienced side. Also a VERY cute dog behind the counter that absolutely amplified the experience 🫶

The employee working there, Chris was very helpful and informed me they were the ones who picked out the set I ended up buying for the shop. Very good at their job!

I found it to be a good visit to this store. The owner was polite and allowed us to take our time see everything.. I made a couple of purchases: a reasonably prices C-ring and another which I've been searching for a long time. I do say that their prices are a little high. But, it saves you from waiting to get it online (a trade-off).

Very nice customer service rep! Felt beyond comfortable and welcomed, decent selection and very reasonable prices.

I did not feel welcomed, standoffs and low inventory

Good store, nice to support local biz!

Went in for the first time about a week ago. I recently moved to Rehobeth and was looking for a store that sold what I needed. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful, he even offered to open up any of the products so that I can feel them and see what they look like. The prices were about the same as anywhere else like Amazon, Fort Troff etc. They carry great selection of silicone toys, including lubricants and toy cleaners. They have a section for speedo type swimwear, underwear etc. There’s also a small leather section in case you need a harness for one of the evening club gatherings.

Been a loyal patron since the Internet cafe days! I was disappointed to see the negative reviews. Sure, the owner isn’t the most personable at first, but he’s always answered any questions I’ve had, and he will go out of his way to track down an item you want if it isn’t in inventory. Pricing on “high end” items is determined by the manufacturers, so it’s right in line with any authorized distributor. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or judged because I spend 30 minutes browsing before making a selection. The gentleman that is usually there when the owner is not is extremely informative and an excellent salesperson. Compared to any adult store within a reasonable driving distance, LC is the most quality conscious, fairly priced, and more than makes up for the size of the store by offering to order whatever you’re looking for. This review is from the heart-

The owners are so sweet and incredibly helpful! I really appreciated how seriously they took COVID safety procedures and cleanliness.

Gentlemen behind the counter is SUPER rude and for lack of better words seems quite lazy as well. My husband had questions so he had to pause his tv show (god forbid, I mean you are at work 🙄) and instead of any type of answer or customer interaction he would just sit behind the counter and point to something saying nothing else and turning the volume on his show back up. He really acted as if we were a bother to him. My husband and I found several items in this store that we had been looking to purchase so the selection was definitely good and I’m all about supporting a smaller business as opposed to ordering this stuff online where I obviously easily could have gone. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service here I instead decided to take my business elsewhere. Especially after his second rude comment about my mask because it kept slipping below my nose. He obviously saw me continuing to pull it back up as I could not help it kept slipping. I even apologized and said it was slipping and pulled It back up when he asked me, I was never rude to him at all as he was to me. As someone with an autoimmune disorder, I take the mask wearing seriously. He lost this place an easily couple hundred dollar sale. Might want to find better employees ,before this place goes under for poor customer service. Judging by some other reviews , it doesn’t look like I’m the only one who had this experience with said gentleman! I would now like to add that I don’t appreciate the dishonesty in the owners response. It appears every response you like to claim that you checked video footage which I am highly doubting now because I NEVER pulled my mask down and he also only mentioned it once not multiple times, before only the second time when he decided to speak to me in a manor that he never should have. There is 100 percent dishonesty in the owners response. How sad. Not a way to run your business. Also, you failed to mention the rude and lazy behavior of your employee who everyone apparently has the same issue with. Also if your checking footage then you would be aware that you need to apologize on behalf of your employee and find a new one. You have not once in any of your responses offered an apology to your customers. Aside from the comment on my mask. He was very unpleasant to begin with and I would never return. Unless you’d like me to offer you a training course on how to run a successful business and the importance of customer service. I went about 30 minutes away to a store in Ocean City where I was greeted properly and treated with kindness and respect! I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you like to support the little guys, do yourself a favor and take the 30 minute trip to OC where you won’t be stereotyped and treated unfairly.
