The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. We had a small mix-up with our reservation, but they were able to quickly resolve it and provide us with a very comfortable, ADA-accessible room on the first floor for my disabled spouse. We truly appreciated their understanding and willingness to accommodate our needs. Excellent customer service!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Everything was clean and accessible. There was lots of complimentary amenities such as free cookies and water bottles, free use of the pool/hot tub/sauna, and free breakfast options at Denny's. This hotel is definitely a go-to for me!

Everything about our stay was awesome! We were greeted my friendly and helpful staff, the whole place was clean including the rooms with complimentary water bottles (unlike certain other hotels). Check in and check out was no fuss and very quick and easy. Breakfast is two options from Dennys next door, you can get two eggs, two meat, toast, hashbrowns, and a drink for free lot ten dollars off any meal which is honestly better than continental breakfast anyway. The bad reviews are just salty they couldn’t break the rules and get away with it because they think they’re special for some reason. We’ll be staying here any time we’re overnight in Salem. If you’re looking for a budget friendly nice stay, look no further!

The place is okay. Not anything to write home about. It's not as comfortable as many of the other best westerns. Could use some upgrades

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We got a voucher for Denny’s for breakfast. I would stay here again!

One of the best parts of this location is they partnered with Dennys for breakfast and give you a $10 voucher or a small breakfast at Denny’s for each guest and day you are booked with the hotel, the rooms are clean and really close to the freeway for easy access, they have an elevator as well as stairs to reach all the floors. We were greeted with a smile and handled with care!
