Avoid this place at all costs. Worst "hotel" I've ever been to. I booked on Agoda. I got there at around 9PM and the guys at the front had no idea about my booking. They asked me for $60 even though i had already paid on agoda (I didn't pay them). They took me up to the room and the staff was still scrambling about setting it up. The room wreeked of cigarettes. It was swarming with mosquitoes. Very noisy place in very run down neighbourhood. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet was filthy. They had left what seemed to be a used towel in there for me to use. I ended up booking another hotel because of how much of a nightmare this place was. They refused to refund me the money.

Beautiful Design, Disappointing Service The hotel has a gorgeous rustic and vintage design — exactly my style — but the service was very disappointing. The shower didn’t work, and in the morning, all the staff were asleep. We had to wake them up ourselves. The night before, we were told there would be several breakfast options, but in the morning, they said only one or two were available — and not what we were expecting. The manager later admitted it was supposed to be included, but by then, we had no time left. When we asked to speak to the owner, the manager said we could, but “she won’t do anything.” Beautiful place, but very poorly managed. It was not worth it!!
