The location was well-suited to our needs (Kizomba and Semba parties). Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about the hotel. There were various problems on different days. Overall, the condition of the rooms is quite run-down. The bathroom door only had a handle on one side. Once the door closed, it couldn't be opened again. There was mold in the bathroom. On another day, a small termite mound was visible in the room. The water supply failed on two days. The "fresh" towels were stained and often not completely dry. Despite the "please clean the room" sign, the room was not cleaned. On another day, the cleaning staff entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign. Several fellow travelers lost large sums of money during the day, even though it was hidden in their suitcases among their clothes. When we reported this to the manager, we were accused of stealing from each other.
Tem potencial para ser um bom hotel de 3 estrelas, staff simpático e prestável, mas complexo e quartos com manutenção insuficiente. Pequeno almoço pobrezinho. Não voltaria a ser opção se voltasse a Luanda.
