Stayed here for a workshop. Already hours after check-in, some participants left because of the terrible conditions. It’s outdated, noisy, and dirty. Had to ask 5 times to get towels, which the reception lady then took from another room and which were full of stains. No hot water either. I don’t care if a place is a little older or not luxury, but this is horrible.

Granda and renowned guesthouse Martins, being here in the past was a luxury, and knowing that it still provides the same service and has improved so much in recent days is wonderful 👌

I stayed there and the service wasn't the best.

If your looking to sleep in, don't bother choosing this place. The gym plays really loud and unbearable music, starting from 5h45. It's impossible to sleep during this time, especially with the bass pumping in your room. It gets worse when the gym teacher starts screaming in the mic.
