It's a good and clean place with an affordable budget

Big disappointment and big anger in the end. We were lied to about our replacement accommodation in a skylight villa. Only after having paid and immediately demanded our change which they wanted to return to us only the next day, we were told more about the reality of the accommodation of the villa and we understand their reluctance to give us the keys to close the doors of the villa. Deceived we decide to leave the premises and we demand our money and then everything goes crazy... they do not want to reimburse us, the person who welcomed us is stubborn, we do not give up being within our rights. It is then that he leaves, making things worse, he no longer hears us, leaving us with the guard a little lost in the middle of all this, he tries to join our man and comes back in vain. In short, we have no other choice but to call the police and the night is not over it is 1 a.m. I've never seen anything like this, leaving customers in the lurch and refusing to give them their money back. I'll spare you all the details of this reservation and the dishonesty of the person who greeted us, but if there's one hotel to avoid, it's this one.

Difficult to find-Il y de meilleur hôtel proche de l'aéroport pour le même prix. The booking we did was not available .we booked 2 rooms only one room was available . Another accomodation was suggested but they didn't tomell us it was a shared house to share with strangers in the middle of the night. We could not lock the doors. We found one cockroach. We paid before without getting any bill as a proof of payment. We decided to leave because of safety and cleaning reason . Our money was never refunded unfortunately. The manager was totally dishonest unfortunately.tjat was out only disappointing experience In Rwanda , all the other people we met were very welcoming and kind. I do not recommend this place at all.
