I cannot recommend Mood Health Wellness Resort enough! I arrived feeling quite sick, but the resort completely turned my experience around. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning surroundings and warm hospitality. The food was absolutely incredible—chef-prepared meals that were both delicious and nourishing. What truly stood out was having a doctor on-site who was able to quickly diagnose my illness and provide the medications I needed, allowing me to enjoy my stay fully. They kept the tea coming and even made me a dairy free butternut soup that was to die for! The massage and milk bath were simply amazing—exactly what I needed to feel restored. The drumming circle was such a unique and beautiful experience, offering healing and connection in a way I’ve never experienced before. Having traveled all over the world, I can confidently say this wellness resort rivals the best. If you’re looking for an unforgettable, rejuvenating experience, Mood Health Wellness Resort is the place to be!

My stay at this retreat was wonderful! I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to recharge. The food was amazing, my room was incredibly spacious, the spa experience was great, and the staff were super helpful, going the extra mile to accommodate me. I was very impressed that they had multiple vegan options available.

I enjoyed beautiful 4-night stay at the resort. Their team curated a prenatal retreat for me which included sessions with their wellness consultant and various pregnancy specialists. Their spa treatments are out of this world, I especially enjoyed the evening milk baths followed by a full body massage to help me settle in for the night. Thank you MOOD for your amazing hospitality, I look forward to coming back for your postpartum retreat.

Had a one evening stay a week ago. It honestly did not feel like I was still in Johannesburg. Very serene and relaxing atmosphere, the perfect start to my annual leave.
