Very old but clean. Great location. Good value for money.

I stayed room number 11. This is quite cozy and calm. Everything is well managed. Access is a bit hard if you don’t have a car. It is hardly contact to the reception because of always not in there, however house keeper Dianna helped me a lot. She is very kindness person and always care for me.

Big window feels like staying at cosy house.

Room is Mouldy, if you have respiratory system problem, any sensitivity, room is damp and full of Mould, Don’t Book! Heater is full of dirt, room smells damp, not really suitable for healthy staying! Not suitable for people with health issues! I need to add that, very lovely and friendly staff, very helpful front desk, Thank you 🙏 Unfortunately the room condition is not suitable for staying ! Cost your health !

I stayed at Neutral Bay lodge for a week whilst looking for a flatshare in the area. After a very long flight from London, they were happy to adjust to an earlier check in due to my 6am flight where many hotels wouldn’t have been flexible in my experience. The hotel manager and her staff were a delightful to talk to. A truly charming place to stay with various and wonderful ways to access the city! The rooms range from budget to luxury so it caters for travelers who want an affordable place to stay whilst visiting or like me, a cozy spot to call home for a few days :) Each room has a generous fridge and a lovely, well equipped, communal kitchen where you can prepare large meals if your on a budget. I would highly recommend visiting as part of your Sydney break! It’s just wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay

Excellent value, clean, comfortable beds, bathroom very adequate.

Close to Neutral Bay Ferry Wharf easy access to to Sydney City.

The service was great, when we had a broken fan the lady out the front brought us up a brand new one. The views are magnificent it is a 3 minute walk from the beach. Right near Taronga zoo as well. Our (I don’t know if it is just that some body had been smoking in it before us but) room smelled like smoke all through the night. We turned the fan on and opened the window but it still wouldn’t go away. It’s a pretty good place for if you just want to stay one night.

Perfect for the occasion. Staff super friendly and accommodating. I'll be back.

The previous reviews commenting on the temperature issues have been resolved with a heat source and pedestal fan. Bathrooms are modern. Rooms have everything you need. Beds are comfy. And the check in and out process was very easy

First time staying at Neutral bay lodge. Very happy with our stay and the view was lovely. Perfect location and was very clean. Will be booking again soon! (Also reception lady you have a really cute doggo) 10/10
