I stayed here last week. The WiFi is very badly required for my work. Two days I struggled WITHOUT WiFi. The LOGIN CREDENTIALS NEVER WORKED. AFTER 7 TIMES CALLING THE RECEPTION HE CAME AND CONNECTED IN WRONG NETWORK. The staff are not having any courtesy for our repeated calls. ONE PERSON Mr. LOKESH ASSURED GOOD SERVICE THIS TIME. LET ME WAIT AND SEE THIS TIME. IF SERVICE BETTER THIS TIME, I WILL EDIT AND GIVE BETTER RATING.

Very good hotel. Could do so much better.

South indian lunch, the same lunch that was served 40 years back They have maintained the same taste

I had stayed in this hotel say abt 30 years ago. Those times it was like a STAR hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights. Positive: Nowadays the stay is ok. Rooms big. Negative: 1. POOR WIFI... REPEATEDLY I ASKED THESE GUYS, BUT THE LOGIN CREDENTIALS THEY GIVE DON'T WORK AT ALL. 2. ALL MY OFFICE WORK HAMPERED AS THERE WAS NO WiFi. 3. THEY DON'T REFILL THE DRINKING WATER IN ROOMS. 5. IT'S TIME FOR MANAGEMENT TO WAKE UP PLEASE.

We were there for breakfast with friends. Within minutes they were running out of items for buffet breakfast. Quality of food is not thevsame as before. It was really disappointing.

Oh! What a disappointment. Defunct air-conditioners. Bad placement understanding by the manager. We were sweating in the heat while eating. Manager did not even offer to change our seats despite complaining to him. Again politicians and bureaucrats get a precedence over us civilians . Worn down atmosphere and repetitive food. Quality of food was good . That cannot be denied. The experience was poor enough not to want me to return to this place or recommend to anyone. south indian unlimited meals on plaintain leaves . Poori vegetables sambar rasam and paysam. . A good thing here is , ample parking is available. if you have this plaintain leaves meal, parking is free.show your bill
