Really really good place to stay must visit if want good hospitality and great service

The room was clean, staff was friendly, told us markets near by and the services provided were fast which was good

It is always the people who make a stay memorable, and our recent experience at Hotel Ozone Inn located in Colaba, Mumbai was a perfect example of that. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team of Hotel Ozone Inn for making our stay truly comfortable. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, every member of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and care. The attention to detail, prompt service, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure comfort were truly commendable. The hotel's overall atmosphere, cleanliness, reflected the dedication and hard work of the entire team. The food which we ordered from the In room dining menu & the buffet food which we had for the breakfast was amazing & delicious. A special thanks to Mr. Arshad, Mr. Prateek, Mr. Shukla, Mr. Sarthak, Ms. Sushma Johnson, Mr. Veeresh & Mr. Kiran for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I had a Great experience staying at this Hotel with my Family. All the hotel staff is really courteous and kind. The rooms were really Clean. They have Good food options, food can be ordered in room and breakfast buffet is available if you opt in your package that is arranged in a dedicated breakfast area. The location is close by to Marine Drive , Colaba market and Gateway of India. Only make sure about the single beds or double beds as per the requirement as both sort of room exists. The executive rooms that we stayed in had the two single beds. Deluxe rooms have the Double beds. Breakfast offered had a Good Spread. No dedicated Parking inside of hotel but is manageable as they provide the space near the hotel at the roadside.
