Booked a bigger room, got a smaller one instead. No electricity in the room and no backup power. Bedsheets were dirty. When I complained, staff kept passing blame around—no one took ownership or responsibility. Management was completely unresponsive. For the price paid, basic standards like the correct room, working power, clean bedding, and accountable staff are the bare minimum. This hotel failed on all fronts. Cannot recommend. Staff was so rude, when asked for correcting these. He told me directly to check out.
