When booking with the hotel Human relations, the worst service experience I have ever experienced Simply a shame!
A quiet, clean and pleasant place
Nice place to put your head down for the night at a reasonable price, parking available, good rooms, quiet place
Comfortable, clean, tidy, cozy hotel. Polite and pleasant service. This is the choice every time for a comfortable room with all the necessities for a perfect vacation. A small and excellent hotel for a perfect vacation and relaxation. Rooms with a very high level of cleanliness. Comfortable rooms, and personal, warm and polite service.
In our opinion, the price does not justify the value, we were there on the weekend and after the discount it cost 500 per night. The place is infested with cats everywhere. The maintenance of the place is poor to say the least, the faucet in the bathroom squirts, the upper shower head did not work and the shower head with the hose was half broken, the ceramic in the whole room is not glued and when you walk on it you hear that there are many empty spaces. They brought us towels with holes and dirt, the bedding was with stains. There were ants in the kitchenette, on the floor and everywhere. Dish soap diluted with water and dirty dishes In the morning we asked them to change towels and fix the defects, we returned in the evening and nothing happened, the owner simply said "Okay then don't come again"
