The service was very disappointing, especially when ordering by phone, unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. In addition, the massage at the spa did not meet expectations and felt more like caressing than a professional, high-quality massage. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it at all.

This is our third weekend at this hotel. I'll start with the positives: The staff is helpful and courteous, the hotel is clean and inviting. Shabbat dinner was very good! Things to improve: -On Friday, the reception is busy (the same as our previous stay 4 months ago) and we had to stand in line for a long time until we received a key. We are Sabbath-keepers and were under pressure to get a key and go get ready for Shabbat, and it took a long time. We actually got into the room 25 minutes before Shabbat. -We stayed on the 7th floor with a view of the bay (indeed, an amazing view) but the wind whistled through the windows so loudly at night and the windows shook and rattled that it was really impossible to sleep. -The quality of the breakfast on Shabbat has dropped dramatically. In the past, there was a crazy abundance, a supply of salads, main courses. Currently, there was a noticeable lack of supply in the main courses. There were mainly pastries - Jahanun, Kovna, pizza, borax and not much else. Also in the salad section - there were more raw vegetables and about two types of basic vegetable salad, unlike before. (By the way, the breakfast on previous occasions was so good that it was enough to make us come back again - so this time the change was noticeable).

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely fast and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Parking is available under the hotel, which is very convenient—especially for families with children—but the cost is relatively high. Still, having direct access to parking beneath the hotel is a significant advantage. The food exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely outstanding—high quality, rich in variety, and incredibly delicious. This was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and managed at a very respectable standard. Everything feels organized and properly cared for. Accessibility, however, is the main challenge. While the hotel does provide the necessary lifting facilities for wheelchair users, there is no proper ramp from the street to the main entrance, and there is also no ramp in the dining area. This creates a real difficulty for guests with disabilities and should be addressed. The view is breathtaking, and the surroundings are simply stunning. In my opinion, this location offers one of the best views in Haifa. Overall, a great experience with room for improvement in accessibility.

Excellent service from the heart, large and spacious rooms, a luxurious dining room, a king-sized breakfast, simply an experience
